Task 19 - 31st August - 50km
The last task was short but very windy with few rescues chute openings. First leg of 35 km towards the wind was climbing and then full bar. Thanks goodness thermals were up to 6 m/s. Last 20 km were easy just final glide. Some pilots measured 100 k/h on their GPS. I came fourth and followed by Karel.

Task 18 - 30th August - 95km
We made small advantage after the start cylinder together with Greg and were in front for a while. By second turn point the group of followers was more closed. At the goal we managed the group found a „rocket thermal“ with 11 m/s up to 3.600 m. The following flight was a ride from one cloud to other. I flew longer but faster way under clouds than Greg. Finally Aljaz was harder at full bar and won the task.

Task 17 - 29th August - 57km
After yesterdays gust front experience was the organizational team more careful and set up only short task 56km. In the first part there were two turnpoints on the plateau (1700 MSL) but it worked ok so the field did not spread too much. Actually the gaggle was so tight that two Gins crashed together (Anja Kroll through reserve and landed safely; Stephane made it to the goal). Last part went near a ridge that did not work very well. I flew more towards the valley and found nice climb, Tomas went to me but much lower and unfortunately did not get up. In the goal there was maybe 100 pilots first 50 with small time differences. I was 6th, Aljaz 7th, Urban 19th, Greg around 30.

Task 16 - 28th August - 77km
The first thermal closed to the take off take us to more than 3000, than we had to cross the flat with shadow from a big congestus. It was not so difficult but we couldn’t reach the cloud base. As the other days Hausi Bollinger was always in front lower showing us the thermals. Big first groups of pilot met on the second turn point and make more than 3200. Than was flat again until goal. Pilots who chose to leave first for the final glide made the better choice... As every day on the end of the afternoon the storm arrived and today it was not very funny for some pilots. Gust up to 50km/h 30 minutes after landing of first pilots.

Task 15 - 27th August - 70km
Today organizer set 70 km long task with four turn points.
After start we divided in two groups all Mac pilots were in left one just Karel take right group which was faster. Above first turn point both groups joined again. After the sky get covered with clouds and from back thunderstorm was coming, we need long time to get to cloud base and then we glide because all sky get covered for half hour almost all pilots landed between 30 and 40 km of the task. Just few pilots around 13 (in this group was Urban, Greg, Karel and Thomas) climbed again and flew almost till goal. Only one pilot reach goal.

Task 14 - 26th August - 58.8km
First day the weather was not so good. Task was set 59 km in flats over four turn points. Thanks very strong wind and thunderstorms none pilot came to goal.  Cloud base was around 2.000m, thermals were weak and northwest wind was really strong. To goal line was practically down the wind, but the low cloud base and max. climbing 2 m/s made lottery from today task.
